This was the “spark” that brought together the founding members of Synttro.
We witnessed teams of very smart individuals getting stuck and not doing the work that mattered. Productivity was lost due to legacy software and worn down “hard” processes that were not designed to keep pace with today’s fast pace of working and ever-increasing disparate pieces of information contained in lengthy email threads and hundreds of pages of reports that contained “months-old” information.
This was not helping teams from acting on the latest information to solve their daily issues and ensure real work was done.
We found that the market needed Project Management software designed for the 21st century. Through our team’s experience and today’s “new normal” of working, we have come up with START.
